Some days the trash is light. Others, its heavy. In the slums, especially in what the locals call the Below, there isn't any reason to clean up. They say most of the good stuff gets picked out before it even reaches this far from the city walls. The slim pickings still don't stop some residents from catching an Early Bird Special however.
